Chengde 1780mm hot rolling products are carbon steel and low alloy steel hot rolling plate, whose width is 900mm～1630mm,  the height is 1.2mm～19mm. The annual output reaches to 3,300,000 tons.
  Since the load caused a big reactive and harmonic impact to the gird, with big voltage fluctuation, high harmonic ratio, and small power factor, which reduced the reliability of the equipment and increased the producing cost.
  RXPE put forward a detailed proposal on the basis of field investigation and carry out the design and manufacture with high quality.
  After RXPE's SVC being put into operation, the harmonic voltage and harmonic current meet the national standards, the power factor improves dramatically, the voltage fluctuation and flicker is far less than the GB limited value:
1.35kV power factor cosφ≥0.95, no reactive power flowing back to the grid.
2.Voltage fluctuation d≤2%, in accordance with GB12326-2000 , Power Quality Voltage Fluctuation and Flicker.
3.No harmonic current frequency parallel resonance and harmonic current amplification phenomenon.
4.The input harmonic current to the PCC meet GB/T14549-1993 standard, Power Quality Public Grid Harmonic Current.
5.The THD of the voltage satisfy the GB/14549-1993 requirement, Power Quality Public Grid Harmonic Current.
